We at Sova Animal Hospital seek to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for our wonderful clients, patients, and staff. We will not tolerate verbal abuse, malicious or harmful statements about others, or profanity of any kind in our establishment.

In return for supporting our vision of mutual respect and consideration for others, we vow to tirelessly provide an inviting atmosphere, outstanding patient care, and exceptional client service.

If anyone chooses not to comply with our code of conduct, Sova Animal Hospital reserves the right to discontinue providing services immediately and they will be sent with, or mailed, their pet’s full medical record.

We believe that how we conduct business, and our experience together is just as important as the results of the service provided to our patients.

Please note that full payment is due at the time of services rendered. In the event that there is a balance left on your account a monthly interest charge of 1.3% will be applied. Understand that in the event we need to engage a recovery agency you agree to reimburse us the fees of said agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 25% of the debt, and all costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (currently $125 in addition the to the 25%) incurred in such collection efforts.
